Kotema is understood to be an entity:
For supporting the creation and maintenance of a living community space,     promoting acceptance and diversity and the celebration of life and wellbeing. 
For evolving spirit enriching, educative, self sustaining, self organizing systems     and personal networks. 
For encouraging individuals, both within the entity and in the broader community,     in their autonomous living and learning processes. 
About the Legal Entity

We... (Who ever we are?) Have a vision of a network of community owned properties.
      It is felt that community owned properties will offer participants a sense of belonging that is missing on communities in which the Title is held by one or just a few people.
      It is felt that community owned businesses will offer participants the opportunity to become self supporting with out compromising their integrity.
      It is felt that a legal entity, an Association, will offer our evolving culture room to exist and grow under British/Australian law. Earlier indigenous "earth culture" was all but wiped out by British Law.
Such a legal entity has been formed by incorporating an Association.

      Kotema Community Inc

      This Association is visioned to evolve in to a network of community owned properties and business opportunities.

      These community spaces are visioned to:

               Form the "Homelands" for our partly nomadic community.
               And become the bases for the community owned businesses.

      The community owned businesses are visioned to:

               Trade with the larger competitive economy and provide a co-operative environment in which we may evolve the ways and needs to survive and thrive in our own chosen life journeys.

     By evolving self-sustaining, organically self-organizing, supportive, productive, co-operative systems the association will create community "space" for individuals to explore their own potential, and participate in a self-supporting process.
